Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Waipapa Marae Trust Saturday 5 February, 2022 in Hamilton.

Waipapa marae trustees passed a resolution last night to hold the AGM for the year ending March 31, 2021 at

The AGM will now be hosted electronically on ZOOM.   

On 23 January, New Zealand moved from Traffic Light Orange to Red, with overarching restrictions.  So as to protect and keep beneficiaries safe in this shifting COVID environment, the Trust has applied the provisions of the COVID – 19 Responses (Management Measures) Legislation Act 2021, whereby we are able to convene the AGM electronically even though our Trust Charter does not permit it”.

Please note there will be no Trustee or Marae Committee elections conducted at this AGM.
