NOMINATION FORMS

All forms must be emailed to:

All nomination forms must be received by email no later than 5pm Friday 6 November, 2020 in accordance with the Waipapa Marae Charter

All proxy forms must be received by email no later than 5 pm Monday 9 November, 2020 in accordance with the Waipapa Marae Charter

You will need to:

1. Download the form and print off a copy.
2. Fill the form out accordingly
3. Scan it
4. Email it to chair@waipapamarae.nz
