TRUSTEE ELECTIONS

This form is for beneficiaries of Waipapa Marae, Kāwhia only.  The form requires 3 marae beneficiary signatures; the beneficiary making the nomination , a beneficiary to second the nomination and the beneficiary being nominated.

PROXY FORM

This form is for beneficiaries of Waipapa Marae, Kāwhia only, who wish to give their vote to another beneficiary in their absence.  It only requires the one signature. 

WHAKAKITENGA ELECTIONS

This form is for beneficiaries registered on the Waikato Tainui Beneficiary Roll only.  The form requires 2 beneficiary signatures;  the beneficiary making the nomination and the beneficiary being nominated.
