WAIPAPA MARAE AGM NOTICE

DATE: 31 January 2026 | Time 10:00am | Venue: Waipapa Marae, Kāwhia Mōana

 

Nau mai hāere mai e te whānau o Waipapa Marae ki te hui ā tau o Waipapa Marae Trust.

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Waipapa Marae Trust

will be held on the 31st of January 2026 from 10:00am, at Waipapa Marae ki Kāwhia Mōana.

 

Purpose of this AGM

This Annual General Meeting relates to the financial year ending 31 March 2025.

Beneficiaries are advised that a separate AGM will be held later in 2026 for the financial year ending 31 March 2026, in accordance with the Trust’s reporting and governance requirements.

 

Accommodation

The Marae will be open for whanau to stay from 5pm Friday 30th of January. Please bring kai if you are staying for the duration of the weekend.

Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea will be provided Saturday 31st January 2026.
